Matthew Krajewski in Montmatre, 2020.
I’m a product and accessibility leader who builds equitable systems at scale—blending storytelling, inclusion, and AI to unlock growth for everyone.
Portfolio of work includes AWS, Walmart, and Kosmix. Trusted by organizations like the Zoom and Fable. 18+ years in tech. Based in California, open to remote or hybrid.
What sets me apart from other product leaders is what I call “applied literacy.” I am constantly reading, learning, and traveling. This need to understand the world informs my work directly. I redesigned Paysa’s compensation visualization and user experience based on the Tokyo subway system. I designed my first app based on the Fibonacci sequence. I invented an inclusion framework for all vulnerable communities based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). My talent to apply my literacy to problem solve and think creatively is just like Tess McGill in Working Girl, and is the unique quality that distinguishes me from my peers.
Storytelling and startup roots, starting in health tech at Kosmix.
Transformational accessibility and platform work at AWS and Indeed.
Ready to lead in a mission-driven org where you can build inclusive, AI-enhanced systems that empower users at the margins.
